Once you log in, your Agent Dashboard is where you manage everything about your public listing — from your contact details to the states you're licensed in. It also shows your profile completion status and recent client reviews at a glance, so you always know what to update next.

  • Full Name — use your professional name, or a preferred nickname.
  • Company / Agency — the agency or brand you work under, if any.
  • Phone Number — the number seniors will call or text you at.
  • Website — link to your own site so visitors can learn more about you.
  • City / Location & ZIP Code — keeps you visible in the right local searches.
  • Years of Experience — shown on your public profile to build trust.
  • Calendar Booking Link — add a Calendly (or similar) link so clients can book a call directly.

Bio & Content

  • About / Bio — up to 1,500 characters to tell clients your story, background, and specialties.
  • Awards & Recognitions — list any honors or carrier awards, one per line.
  • Articles & Publications — link out to anything you've written or been featured in.
  • Recent Results — add short highlights (icon, title, and description) that showcase how you've helped clients.
  • Client Testimonials — add reviews with a name, location, star rating, and source — displayed right on your profile.

  • Services Offered — select every product you offer so seniors can quickly tell if you're a fit.
  • Insurance Companies — check off the carriers you work with.
  • Licensed States — select every state you're licensed in — one listing covers all of them, with a Select All / Clear All shortcut.

  • Profile Photo — upload a professional headshot (JPG, PNG, or WebP, max 3MB — square crop recommended).
  • Intro Video — paste a YouTube or Vimeo link and it'll preview and embed right on your listing.

  • Keep your Licensed States and Services Offered current so you show up in the right searches.
  • A complete profile — real photo, detailed bio, and licensed states filled in — consistently gets more contacts than an incomplete one.
  • Add testimonials and recent results as you collect them; social proof helps seniors decide to reach out.
  • Check your Profile Completion status on the dashboard and use the Getting Started checklist to see what's left.
